Point5 is a Managed Connectivity Provider that combines multi-carrier neutrality with practitioner-led project management to deliver complex networks with speed, precision, and accountability.

Point5 provides full life cycle management for customer's unified communications services including Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex. Our voice solution utilizes cloud platform services to manage and enable global voice networks. We source new SIP/voice services and quickly provision, deploy, and integrate existing carriers into the platform for full global management including access to capacity management and analytics.

Point5's customized solutions optimize connectivity between sites, the Cloud, and remote users using top SD-WAN and SSE platforms. We lower WAN costs and simplify traffic routing securely by adding an SD-WAN overlay for easier management, monitoring and new site or remote work deployments. Integrate MPLS/private circuits with Internet or create dual Internet topologies.

Point5 offers carrier services including Internet, Cloud Performance Hub, and Ethernet Point-to-Point, built on a stable, efficient, and flexible network. From upstream peering and colocation design to fiber construction, every aspect is designed for optimal performance. Serving the Boston Metro area, our network includes POPs in Boston, Cambridge, and Lowell, with rapid service deployment and diverse routing options.
