Where We Came From
Point5 was created by experienced telecommunications sales, engineering, and operations managers who saw the need within the industry to put customers first instead of monthly turn-up numbers. With a background in both large and boutique network providers, the Point5 team set out to create a full-service organization with the capabilities to provide boutique style engineering and support, while utilizing the technical footprint and skills of our partners.
How We Think
Point5 lets the customer needs dictate the solutions and level of engagement. While customers are welcome to take advantage of our full suite of offerings from optimization to managed services, we understand that every customer project is different and we will not sell solutions that are not a fit. Point5 strives for a level of integrity not typically associated with telecom and information technology. We believe that it is more important to forge long term relationships with our customers than to make short sighted decisions based on isolated financial metrics.
