Point5 Services Policy

Point5 services are governed by the Master Service Agreement and Service Orders signed by Point5 and the customer. If a Master Service Agreement is not signed by both parties the services will be governed by Point5’s Terms and Conditions document linked here.

In addition to any required Master Service Agreements or Service Orders between Point5 and the customer, some services or platforms may have an underlying terms and conditions from a supplier or partner. All applicable terms and conditions will be provided as part of the contract process if supplemental supplier or partner terms and conditions are required. If there are additional Acceptable Use Policies or Service Level Agreements which may vary by supplier or partner, Point5 will make available upon request for review.
