With over 30 years of experience at the intersection of complex infrastructure and global commerce, Roberto leads the strategic vision for Point5. A specialist in "sophisticated integration," he has spent his career building the resilient frameworks and foundational systems that allow high-growth organizations to scale through diverse market cycles.

Prior to Point5, Roberto held key leadership roles driving multi-million dollar growth and navigating intricate corporate transformations. He views managed connectivity not merely as a utility, but as the essential nervous system of the modern enterprise. Outside the office, Roberto can be found on a golf course pretending to be good at golf and spending time at the beach with his family.

Brandon Byrne

As the founder of Point5, Brandon Byrne has spent over a decade transforming the company from a boutique vision into a global leader in managed connectivity. Since 2013, he has served as the primary architect of Point5’s market strategy, building a reputation for agility and customer excellence.

With 25 years of telecom experience, Brandon has a proven track record of scaling organizations. Prior to Point5, he was Sales Director at Veroxity Technology Partners, where he grew annual revenue from $2M to $10M, leading to the company’s successful acquisition. Today, he continues to combine deep industry expertise with a drive for strategic growth and sales innovation.

Brad Pierantozzi

At Point5, Brad directs the end-to-end lifecycle of network engineering, service delivery, and customer support. With over 25 years of leadership in the telecom and technology sectors, Brad specializes in transforming complex designs into reliable, high-performance customer solutions.

His career is anchored by significant executive tenures, including serving as Vice President of Operations at 186 Communications, where he spearheaded the design and construction of their regional fiber footprint. Since joining Point5 in 2014, Brad has leveraged his deep expertise in infrastructure and operations to lead a boutique-level support model that prioritizes customer experience and technical excellence for enterprise clients.

Michael Sarafinas

Mike brings over 19 years of experience as a high-impact sales and marketing leader, renowned for driving significant growth in complex industries. His ability to translate high-level strategy into measurable results, combined with a deep customer focus and innate execution speed, makes him the ideal leader for this critical role at Point5. 

Throughout his career, Mike has built a reputation for fostering strong, trust-based relationships and effectively distilling complex value propositions into clear, market-ready messaging. Highly driven and relentlessly proactive, Mike will be instrumental in helping Point5 achieve its strategic growth goals.
